Since Guy Ritchie’s movie last year, Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson broke the boundary of the traditional partner relationship. BBC’s new series continues this trend. With only three episodes (90 minutes each) in the first season, the detective story set in modern London has already been popular with China’s female viewers.
