Games Chief Made Honorary Citizen
George E. Killian, president of the International University Sports Federation, was made the 18th honorary citizen of Beijing last night. At a ceremony in the Shangri-la Hotel, Mayor Liu Qi presented Killian with a certificate and medal confirming the honor.
