The worldwide outsourcing market is expected to grow from $161.9 billion in 2002 to over $235.6 billion in 2007, and the overall growth of Chinese software and system integration stood at more than 30% in 2006, said Ms. Georgia Bridgman Graves, Vice Chairman of the Economic Development Commission of Loudoun County in Virginia State.
