Processing plants planned for city’s waste
“The capital plans to set up a processing center for dangerous waste which is expected to recycle, burn and bury about 85,000 tons of dangerous rubbish each year,” said Tian Maijiu, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Beijing People’s Congress, at the Summit on the Development of China’s Circular Economy held yesterday at CHITEC.
