He’s Just Not That Into you (2009)
Genre fans might pass up this movie as another boring, cliche flick woth nothing but the Hollywood mode of “true love.” But big names like Scarlett Johansson, Jennif Aniston, Drew Barrymore, Jennifer Connelly and Ben Affleck are sure to pull viewers into the cinema.
The movie is based on Greg Behrendt’s book by the same title. The premise is to educate women that men are dishonestjerks who seek to take advantage of them or break their hearts. Somehow, Behrendt managed to not only make a killing with his mind-numbing book, but also to capitalize on it by bringing it to the big screen to challenge the male viewer’s patience. Women, of course, love it.

The Visitor (2008)
The movie is about harmony.
Dr. Walter Vale is a 62-year-old economics professor who coasts through life without vision or passion. During a business trip to New York, he encounters several illegal immigrants from Africa and the Middle East. The group teaches him the secret of music and how to live in harmony with others: something lost in a post-September 11 America.
The movie tells a truth: the world is a nice place if you find the harmony between yourself and the outside world.

Movie of the week
Tom Cruise is back, and World War II history buffs can safely ignore the naysayers who have declared Valkyrie a flop.
