Norwegian jazz band Excess Luggage will round off their China tour with a performance tonight at Jimmy’s Thai Kitchen. With the assistance of the Norwegian embassy, band members Vigleik Storaas, Steinar Nickelsen and Hakon Mjaset Johansen have brought their music to seven oft-overlooked cities, including Yinchuan, Lanzhou and Kunming.
