5月27日上午，“增强自主创新能力，加快发展方式转变”为主题的第十三届中国北京国际科技产业博览会在北京开幕。中共中央政治局委员，北京市委书记刘淇出席在人民大会堂举办的主题报告会，并会见了前来参加科博会的部分境外来宾。北京市市长，科博会组委会主席郭金龙，科技部副部长杜占元在主题报告会上致辞。

中关村自主创新 引领战略性新兴产业
