Donations get tracked online
The country’s first charity information platform is making it possible for donors to see how their money is being used. The charity and donation platform donation.gov.cn, created by the China Charity Information Center (CCIC) under the Ministry of Civil Affairs, went online last weekend.

Sacred space in the hills – Buddha tooth relic and great temples in Badachu
Badachu, or the Eight Great Sites, features eight Buddhist temples and monasteries scattered across hills in Beijing. One of the eight temples called Lingguang Temple, famous for housing a Buddha tooth relic, has opened to the public for a month-long exhibition.
